Scheme Selection / Training Process

• Step II: 3 Months Skill Training (Classroom + On-the-Job)
• Step III: 3rd Party Assessment Exam
• Step IV: Certification by Haryana Skill University
• Final: Empanelment on Haryana Engineering Works Portal

Financial Assistance & Loan

• Stipend / Remuneration during training: Up to ₹3,00,000 (via DBT).
• Interest-free bank loan up to ₹3.00 Lakh for 1 year — interest borne by Government.
• Trained youth can take government contracts up to ₹25 Lakh.

Haryana Contractor Saksham Yuva Yojana 2026: Training Details

• योजना में कुल 3 महीने का Training Program रखा गया है। इसमें केवल classroom training नहीं बल्कि practical/on-the-job training भी शामिल है।
• इस training का उद्देश्य युवाओं को contractor के रूप में काम करने के लिए आवश्यक practical knowledge और skills प्रदान करना है।
• Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU) इस योजना में training partner के रूप में कार्य करेगा। Training batches और training centres का निर्धारण SVSU द्वारा संबंधित विभाग के साथ consultation में किया जाएगा।
• प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने के बाद तृतीय-पक्ष मूल्यांकन (3rd Party Assessment) परीक्षा होगी और सफल उम्मीदवारों को हरियाणा स्किल यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
• प्रशिक्षित युवाओं को सरकारी विभागों के साथ-साथ निजी क्षेत्र में भी रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे।

• Training period के दौरान youth को अपनी firm के लिए आवश्यक registrations जैसे PAN, TAN, GST और TIN प्राप्त करने होंगे।
• इसके बाद firm को Haryana Engineering Works Portal पर register किया जाएगा।
• Training और certification पूरा करने वाले eligible youth को आवश्यक formalities पूरी करने के बाद Haryana Engineering Works Portal पर empanel किया जाएगा।
