Eligibility Criteria

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a UGC-recognized university (minimum 45-50% aggregate preferred).
• Mandatory Diploma: Diploma in Sports Coaching in a relevant discipline (e.g., Athletics, Gymnastics, Swimming) from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS), SAI, Patiala – or equivalent SAI-recognized institute.
• Desirable: Experience in coaching/state-level sports events; knowledge of Bihar’s sports policies.
• Final-Year Candidates: Eligible if degree/diploma completed before joining.
