Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc) in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• Valid GATE Score Card (2023, 2024, or 2025) with qualifying cut-off in the corresponding paper/code (e.g., CS for Computer Science, EC for Electronics).
• Indian Nationals only; candidates can apply for only one subject.
• Post not suitable for PwD categories (HH, OH, VH, Autism); all-India transfer liability.

Document Required

• Two recent passport-size colored photographs (name & DOB on back).
• Self-attested copies of Matriculation/10+2 mark-sheets & certificates.
• Self-attested copies of B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc mark-sheets & degree certificates.
• Valid GATE Score Card (2023/24/25).
• Proof of age (Birth Certificate/Matric certificate/PAN/Passport/Driving License).
• Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) if applicable.
• NOC from present employer if in Govt. service.
• Undertaking & discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen if applicable.
• Any other relevant certificates for age relaxation/claims.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on valid GATE score (merit list per subject, 5x vacancies called for interview).
• Interview (conducted at centers: Chennai, Gurugram, Guwahati, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai; candidate chooses one).
• Document Verification.
• Medical Examination (as per Central Govt. standards for Group ‘B’ posts).
• Final merit: GATE score + Interview performance + eligibility/character verification.
