- Technician (Diploma): Full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized State Council/Board of Technical Education (passed in 2021-2025).
- Graduate (Engineering): Full-time B.E./B.Tech Degree in relevant discipline from a Statutory University (passed in 2021-2025).
- Graduate (Non-Engineering): Full-time B.Com/BBA Degree from a recognized university (passed in 2021-2025).
- No prior/current apprenticeship training in NLC or elsewhere allowed. Only Rajasthan natives eligible.
